Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up there was a minor problem with the order. The gentleman who made the smoothie politely acknowledged the mistake and remade it in under a minute and even let me keep the other one. Mistakes happen, but 5 stars for customer service! Leaving a review more for location. This is next to Giovanni’s pizzeria near greens and protein . I requested a change in the pin on the map. Hope this helps Ladies seemed nice just busy. First of all the staff here are extraordinarily rude. Every time I've come in they all have frowns on their faces, never welcome you into the store, and act like it's an inconvenience to them for you to be there. Second of all I get there at 9:30 p.m. on a Sunday November 12th, the store schedule says open 24 hours, but the very rude girl on the drive-thru says that they're closed. So which is it? Open 24 hours or randomly closed whenever the staff - who just want to sit around and get paid for doing nothing - feel like it? I won't be back. With such a huge number of other restaurants in the same area and customer service this atrocious this place is so insignificant it's just wasting space. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
