I tried purchasing a couple of maynard gummies and a fanta 2l at the garage, i used a card for transaction at first and the cashier said it declined twice then i used cash because i was rushing to stanger, only to find out a few moments later that their speed point charged me twice without me knowing As of now haven't received my cash and im inconvenienced now because i have to continuously drive back and forth and lose more cash inorder to recover my cash from them

Laid back service from pump attendants, will help other vehicles that came after you (seems like the knew the people in that vehicles) and left you sitting for 10 - 15 minutes without service and when they do help you it is as if they think they are doing you a favor. The Steers inside is fast and friendly.

Great Service & Steers being open 24 hours is added bonus
What a perplexing experience today here. I get to this Garage to fuel up & grab something to eat. The fueling up took some time but didn't mind was in no Rush. The most confusing part was when I was trying to Pay for my meal inside the shop at steers. First I used my American Express Card. That declined & understood that they don't accept American Express & they didn't accept my Diners Club Card. So I got out my British Airways Visa Credit card. The Lady at steers says NO we don't take that too. I am like this is VISA. Then I got out my Discovery Bank Card Visa Credit card & with an Attitude this time she says NO! we don't take that. I asked what do you take. The lady seeming senior in the store say "Capitec Card" & Other cards we know. They didn't even want to allow my FNB Card because by appearance its Black in color. With no intention to assist, I asked can I use my phone. Lol they agreed. I finally used my BA Virtual Card on my phone. I recommend a total reform to their training material. What bugged me most the reception of the whole situation. The only lady who wanted to assist but allowed her colleagues to handle the situation. I think her name was Sthandwa if I am not mistaken.
I always like to fill up here but the service is so terrible, I had to wait so long because the people that came after me got served first. The manager need to learn how to manage a business properly.
Second time wanting to fill up with diesel. Staff not helping rather standing around chatting to each other then filling cars up. Left again without any help to support the BP garage in town.
Manger of Total needs to improve on the customer service. Many occasions I had to leave to fuel up the next fuel station.

Gets the job done. No convenience store but it's okay
The worst service - every time is a challenge with the staff , no sense of responsibility -person in management should be reviewed
