We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. There were several tables occupied but it wasn't crowded. The young lady came over introduced herself and took our drink orders while we looked over the menu. We ordered and it wasn't too long before the appetizer, baked garlic with cheese and focaccia bread, came over. It smelled amazing but the garlic wasn't quite cooked enough. I guess I could have sent it back but it wasn't worth the trouble. We also split a "small" salad and it was plenty enough to share. The pizza was delicious. The crust was perfect, I would have liked a little more seasoning in the sauce, but that's a personal opinion, your tastes may differ. The brick oven at the back of the restaurant was fun to watch, there was a young man hand stretching dough and tossing it in the air. The only suggestion I have for the owner/manager is please do a deep clean in the dinning room. There's dust on the chains and lampshades and a few other places like air ducts over the tables. I understand staffing is always an issue, but it's worth the over time. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Brick Oven Pizza

Visited for the first time a couple of days ago. Love the location, which is right in the heart of Downtown GP. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Nice staff, Halloween spirit in evidence, with decorations on the bar at the front. I went during lunch and the place was packed. Plenty of seating - open tables, small and large booths. I like the exposed brick and some of the other "old world" touches in the decor. I had the lunch special, which is a pretty good deal at $9.95, for 2 slices and a large salad. The salad dressing was tasty, the vegetables very fresh. The pizza was underwhelming, though. The slices were smaller than I expected, and the dough was under-baked, almost raw. I sent the slices back for a do-over, but they were only slightly better the second time. The pepperoni, cheese, and sauce were all fresh and delicious, but I expect a brick oven pizza to be crisp and crunchy, so I'm still confused about that. The service was excellent - personable, professional, and no attitude when I sent my initial order back. I'll give Tony's another chance, especially since there really isn't much good pizza around the area. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My mother and myself stopped in yesterday 2/26. We had ordered the baked raviolis with sauce and a pepperoni pizza. First let me get this out of the way. The girl working there (think her name was Myla) super sweet, attentive and fantastic. Would just come back to have her serve us again. Now on to the food the raviolis were fantastic crispy and crunchy you won’t hear any complaints from me. The pizza was super cheesy (not too oily) and crunchy. I love the little bits of black char on the crust (so did my mother) so overall we were extremely satisfied with our dinner. Thank you for serving us and if we ever come back to to Gulfport again we will definitely have to make our way here again. This place was honestly all right. The apps we had were both just average and okay. The pizza was above average but small compared to most places. The italian sub was rather disappointing. The chocolate cake was good, but it was just a box you bought at wallmart, so nothing spectacular. Overall, decent pizza for an okay price but a very good-looking restraunt Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My oldest son and his family took my wife and I out for our 43rd wedding anniversary. Our extended family loves pizza. Gulfport was about an hour's drive but well worth it. The restruant was located in an older strip of Gulfport. The setting seemed like a old classic pizza place. There was an authentic working brick pizza oven. Courtney was our waitress for the evening. She was very outgoing and amiable. Very efficient. She got our drinks quickly, which is important because we had some thirsty youngsters. The kids were also given fresh pizza dough to entertain themselves with. The food came within 20 minutes, fresh and hot; and beautifully presented. Guests at the table commented on how delicious it was and the amount of toppings that were crammed on top of a 12" pizza. We ate until we literally could not eat more. Courtney overheard that it was our anniversary so she comped us an Italian cannoli for dessert. That was over the top. We will be back there again. Overall it was just OK. Sauce on the pizza really had no flavor. Service was fine but it felt like we were more a bother than a valued customer. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped in for some pizza. I had the perfect pepperoni, and my wife had the cheese. For the record, I'm a self-proclaimed pizza snob and chef. Pizza was good little to much sauce, which made the middle soggy, also the crust was a bit flat. Pizza had good flavor and was overall very good. Prices were good and service was excellent. We would go back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes The Perfect Pepperoni Pizza

Yum! Delicious wood fired pizza with fresh ingredients and served hot! Perfect crust, nothing burnt, amazing cheese and toppings. Sauce was delicious. Great service, we ordered a carry out and I wish we would have stayed to eat inside. Such a beautiful atmosphere, great decor, awesome setting. Very clean, fabulous open “kitchen” where you get to watch the pizzas cook, and good seating options. Close to the beach! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
