The service, the food, the atmosphere, always great. But Jordan our server made it better. Very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu, he made top tier recommendations, and his friendly banter had my bf and I laughing.

I went to lunch for their Oktoberfest Special. Service was great as usual. Love the atmosphere. The food tasted great. The only thing I was more than a bit disappointed was the price for the meal. I'm totally fine with their regular menu and pricing. But this was way off. One sausage, 1 tbsp Sauerkraut and 2 bread pastries (was nowhere close to a pretzel) for 125 TTD. I guess stick with what you know. Otherwise, excellent.

Tommy's Signature Burger
First time at Tommy's, check out the East Gates branch with a group of friends. The atmosphere and vibe were nice. I tried some of their craft beers, and if you're into beer, especially craft beer, Tommy's is definitely the place to go. I had their Nashville chicken sandwich that was pretty decent and had no issues with MY meal or beverages. Maybe due to how it was a busy Saturday night that may have caused some of issues the group I was liming with faced but 1st turn of was one person finding a hair in their margarita, (which we suspected they most likely took out and sent back), 2nd discovering under cooked chicken tenders, in another friend's order. Management took the items off the bill, but for the first time, it dampened the experience for me, and I didn't feel like trying anything else off the food menu. However, I'd definitely visit again to try more of their beers and maybe give them a 2nd chance with the food. The prices aren't bad either, but the service didn't stand out. I'd probably try PoS and see.

Only for drinks! Food definitely not worth the high price or hype. The tables, so uncomfortable, especially the ones without a back rest & it's high. No proper foot rest, your legs felt like it died waiting on the food. Coconut shrimp (only 5) $99.00 was hard, wedges & fish have no taste. Garlic bread was good. Servers slow. Will go back but only for drinks.

The food was excellent and great value for money....what we ordered was more food than we expected to get. The service was really good also. I liked too that there were options for ambience....indoor seating, bar seating or outdoor liming. I tried the outdoor option and enjoyed it. Next time, I'll try the indoor experience.
Since my in person experience, I've ordered food to be delivered at home (through Food drop). My orders were well packaged and food just as delicious.

We went on an extremely packed night and I was worried there would be a terribly long wait but to my surprise they were super timely and quick with their service! Our waitress was helpful and kind and frequently checked in on us even though they had a full house. Everything was well managed. Food was excellent, their burgers to be specific. Nothing pairs better with burgers than beer, and this is what we know and love Tommy's for!

Pirogue Pilsner
Go with an open mind and try some quality craft beer. All the options are worth it. We went for dinner and the place was packed with a 15 min wait time for seats. Food can take a little while but the drinks come quickly. The food prices are on the higher side but the food is worth it. Each plate comes out carefully created to look and taste it's best.

Had a delicious broccoli casserole with my pear flavoured hard cider, which I enjoyed but think 12 oz is a bit much...I need about half that. The dish was basically like a soup so it's surprising they didn't offer me a spoon but I asked and got one in no time. There was free WiFi and it worked well.
They only had 2 of the hard cider flavours which is disappointing but I suppose they prioritize what sells. Service began in somewhat lukewarm fashion at the reception desk... but once I was at the bar it improved slightly. Bars are not my usual haunts so I can't compare but the ambience seems ok.

The staff are extremely attentive and knowledgeable, and that is greatly appreciated. Food was also delicious and did not take long to be served. To note however-this was during the week in the day and wouldn't be considered as peak period.
