The room was clean and have clean towels but doesn’t have other amenities.|The Ac was working and photos of the rooms are as they show.|I found that the supplant you have to pay 4 euros per person for breakfast is a bit over price - has they only have bread and butter cheese and ham and coffee you can easily find in any coffee house around town for less than that - besides you have to cross the street to have it! |There are no lifts to the rooms on the site we have stay, they have two sites across the street from each other.

This was our second visit and the second time our booking was lost ! However, not to worry on either occasion. It was explained that "mother" is not really up to the task but insists on doing it. The place has two locations on opposite side of the road - do go to the newer one (not the restaurant side) and you'll have immaculate rooms and a peaceful nights sleep. There are local bars/eateries or you can get a cab into Covilha city. Great value so book with confidence.

Very good place to stay, good food, good people, everything clean....I recommend Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Nothing special. The service is not kind , not an inviting place, the dish was not good It tasted like having been cooked one or two days earlier. Not recommendable.
