The food was great and the portions were huge. The chairs could use an upgrade as some of them are so beat up it isn’t comfortable anymore. The service was okay. Ordered a cinnamon mocha drink and they didn’t ask if I wanted it hot or cold. I wanted hot and was served a cold drink. Not worth the effort to complain because when you complain as a foreigner in the Philippines they act like you are a trouble maker instead of they messed up your order. I visited this coffee shop for the second time with the hope that it would provide a serene environment to ease my work-related stress and assist me in concentrating on boosting sales before my 6 am shift concluded. However, this visit turned out to be a regrettable choice. The music played in the shop was not only unpleasant but excessively loud, disrupting my ability to communicate effectively with clients. Regrettably, I have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future. Furthermore, I cannot recommend this coffee shop to my virtual assistant colleagues due to the unfavorable experience I encountered. It is my sincere hope that the coffee shop treats all its customers equitably, without showing preferential treatment to specific groups. I noticed that when foreign customers entered, the music suddenly transitioned to a more relaxing and chilled ambiance. . I ordered a Venti Iced Vanilla Latte and a Tall Iced Cafe Mocha but they mixed up the sizes. Place is quite big but too much chairs in some area where some have bigger space.

It's my third time to visit Tom N Toms. Prices are affordable. The coffee and other drinks are great as well as the food. Staff are also helpful and friendly. What I like most is that this shop is open 24/7 and has great internet connection. Very nice coffee shop. The area is huge and well-lighted. Perfect for hanging out or studying. The chairs are comfy! From coffee to tea to cakes and pretzels, they have a variety of coffee and dessert options. I enjoyed my food so much. The customer service is good. They have friendly staff. 😊

My go to place especially for work. Their internet connection is pretty good, can't complain! Perfect for small business meetings or meetups and it's right in front of a mall.

24 hour coffee shop with wide space. Not really conducive for studying because of loud music from the bar but if you dont mind then it is manageable. It is wide and spacious which is very nice, ambiance and interior is pretty decent.

I highly commend the staff. I ordered their creamy rose pasta. I didn’t like it at first because the texture was off and clearly there was something wrong with how it was cooked. It was different than the one I ate with the other branch. They offered me to replace it with a new one and kindly accepted my suggestions regarding the cooking of pasta (I’m a pasta connoisseur maybe lol). They were so kind and understanding. Please give them a raise. Thanks kuya chef and kuya barista!
