Almost 2 and a half hours after we got in, we got the first part of our order. 2 1/2 hours!!! Of which more than 1 hour on the sun forming in line. One girl, Shelby, running around doing everything on her own, another 3 observing. I kept thinking that they will open another register, that someone is gonna start helping her with making the drinks, and NOpe! Great location but I would never ever come back here. Will gladly drive back to Houston for drinks and food, but never again here. And food is not that good anyway. Stay away from here if you want to enjoy your day off.

A friend bought us 10 shots bartender cussed him out for not leaving a tip on the receipts without knowing he was gonna leave a cash tip. Tip comes after service and she did not deserve a tip after cussing my friend out but my friend was nice enough to leave her a tip. Never going to that place again. That’s 10 customers at least 3 rounds of shots every weekend.

even tho summer school ended regular classes were about to start. TIPSY TURTLE was a very nice and pleasurable shot bar. very down to earth. excellent service. all in all very nice place. only down fall was that I wasnt to fond of a certain shot that apparently was a top shot there at the bar. it had something to do with pickle juice and Bacardi.

Nice bartenders, willing to show you fun shots/cocktails they're working on when it's slow, pickle shots are a must if you go there, & you can even buy Tipsy Turtle shirts there! Only downside is that it is a small bar so I wouldn't suggest staying longer than the time it takes you to down a shot or two.

Wish I could give 0 stars for the horrible experience we had here. First of all, the bar is extremely small & it was over crowded, hardly any room to walk. My friends & I ordered pickle shots which is something the bar is known for. We ordered 6 shots and waited patiently for our drinks. After we got them my friend paid for them. The extremely rude bartender asked aloud who he was & then proceeded to tell him to "get the f*** out of my bar" my friend asked why in which the bartender replied that my friend did not leave a tip when in actuality he did leave a tip. After my friend questioned him he yelled aloud to the entire bar "everyone tell this f***ing c*cksucker to get the f*** out of my bar" by that point the entire bar was yelling at him to leave & another worker proceeded to escort him out of the bar. a very extreme way to handle the situation on the bartenders part, after my friend actually did leave a tip after he paid and was accused of not leaving one. i will never go back here, such a horrible experience.

There was nobody at the door checking IDs. No flow to the bar. Poor experience, crowded. Bar tenders looked overworked.
