It's a decent place to lounge. Meat platter was fine. They have alcohol and sheesha/hookah (it was good). Overall, a good place to hang out in the evening or before heading to the airport. Staff were ok. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

One of the most vibrant places and bars in Entebbe town. Well designed in Friesian cow 🐄 graffiti to suite the name Tipsy cow. It’s an open bar and spacious enough to accommodate an average number of people. The customer service is awesome as I was served in the first 3 mins of my arrival. Great place to be if ur in Entebbe town.

If you’re having goats meat for the first time. This is the place to do it. They are a bit slow in terms of service delivery so try calling ahead to place your order before you get there. When the food comes it’s usually worth the wait.
