I will never go here again this is a disgrace I just ordered this sandwich with a coffee cream on the side.. when I got to the drive through window the lil Indian lady told me it was inside my coffee I get to work and I had no cream or sugar… horrible service!!!! I gave my order and asked for no whip cream. The girl (dark hair and braces) takes my payment., then a blond guy goes to hand me my drink. I tell him I asked for no whip. He tells her it was no whip and she shrugs. I can see her doing a "just slide it off the top"motion. She then smirks as she hands me the drink. There was still whip cream in it! I should have asked for a refund, but needed to get to work. I stopped at this location at 6:40 PM to order a sandwich. When I arrived at the drive-through, I was told that they don’t serve sandwiches after 6 o’clock. Although they are open until 8 PM, apparently, they only serve donuts and coffee starting at 6 PM. Who is actually eating donuts at dinner time? I doubt that many of their customers are looking for donuts at 6 PM. What this says to me is “we are too lazy to make any real food at dinner time, but we’re happy to serve you whatever leftover junk happens to be sitting on the shelf and will get thrown away at the end of the night if nobody buys it. “ I truly am curious how many donuts they are actually selling between 6 and 8 PM if that’s the only product they sell at that time of night. One lady who works here is very rough and bad to the customers. She fights with them and shows attitude. When I requested for well toast of bagel 🥯, she burned both bagels and says that is what it is to be toasted double time. She need to watch it to toast it well but not burn them. Went to Dunkin once because you guys were out of way, regretted it the coffee tasted like they didn’t clean the machine, I will always go to this Tim Hortons once in a while they have attitude but they should because they deserve better pay for how hard they work you guys are amazing and your customers appreciate you guys a lot, happy holidays! this place sucks. i decided to go and try new fall drinks and as soon as i pull up to the speaker to order they just said “what do you want” and as i tried to order my two drinks they rushed me, interrupted me, and were very rude even once i finished ordering. when i pulled up to the window, i gave them my card (which they did not give back and i had to park and go inside just to get ignored as the employees walked past and stared at me) and they gave me my drinks (which i ordered one with caramel drizzle on top and they did not add it). the drinks are mediocre and the customer service is the actual worst i have ever received. save yourself the headache and drive the extra 3 minutes to the sweetwaters coffee and tea that is on grand river and novi rd, their customer service is amazing and their drinks are a lot better. i regret changing it up today. Super slow service, 2 of the staff were outside smoking, so there was no one at the counter until they got done. There were only 2 customers sitting inside so it wasn't busy at all, yet me and the guy that came in behind me still had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The selection of donuts was very limited and the food was just OK. I'll stick with Dunkin Donuts next time. Went there one evening for coffee. Man working the drive thru was rude. Got my coffee and it was cold, asked if I could get a fresh cup and was laughed at and called Karen.
