This is very sad to say but this place have zero respect for dogs and dog owners. Always bring my dog to drive thru and they give dog treat complimentary but they refused not once but 3 times even after talking to manager. My three kids were with me in the car and found this very rude. So, don't expect treats for your furry friends here. I am not giving them business again after this experience.

This Time Horton is a trouble child of Tim Horton chain. They can't ever get the order right, the front counters are very badly managed. Orders are often missed and prepared wrong. Would not come back here.

I just ordered my lunch through the drive through. Firstly, the made me park right away after taking the payment. I asked the person who came to deliver my food to my car if everything I ordered was in the bag (the food was fully squished in the bag up till the top), and he assured me he double checked my order. On reaching home, I found I was missing the buns with the 2 orders of soup. I called the store and talked to a male and let him know about the missing order. He spoke to me in a condescending tone, “what do you want me to do then?” Like, instead of being apologetic, or making it right, he further said, “you’re free to leave a review” when I asked him if he is willing to make it right. So I confirmed, “are you asking me to leave a review?”. He goes “yeah”.
The reason for me leaving the review is not about the 2 buns I was missing, but just the rude and astonishing attitude I encountered. Mind you I am a regular customer there and spend almost $20-30 on average daily. They sure won’t be getting my business any further. Really disappointed with the awful service and attitude.

I have now had 4 bad experiences with this location. Staff is NOT trained and there is no professional attempts to get the most simple order correct. Can’t even get coffee right. I will drive further away rather than go here ever again

If you use the drive thru at this location, prepare to receive the wrong order. No matter what time of day, they seem to get it wrong. Busy or not, because they come across as their main focus being to get you served ASAP. 5 consecutive days I've asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and every morning it's been buttered. And if they do manage to get your food correct, they'll still miss items from your order because they seem like they want to wrap your order up on the PA as to not hold up the drive thru line. It's not shocking this is the case as Tim Hortons continues to devalue itself from its identity of what it once was.

This new location was very Nice and clean, Interior and ambiance are great and Relaxing, staff and service are excellent, coffee and food is always fresh, This location has patio space as well.
