I love all the other locations, they normally do a very good job. Tii cup is one of my favorite boba places but this location seems to be a huge miss. One of my favorites is the avocado snow and 95% of the time when ordering it here (because I also work inside the mall), there's always parts of the pit OR the skin or both and that pretty much makes the whole drink undrinkable. Had brow sugar boba. Fresh ingredients except the boba itself. It is either leftover from yesterday or not a well-sourced boba. I went there this past Sunday (12/10) around 2pm I think and the girl working (she had dark hair, looked mixed) had an attitude the entire time. No smile and when I asked her for straws because they had ran out she looked at me like I was dumb and proceeded to have an attitude. The drinks were great, but her customer service ruined it for me. Will not be returning to this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The place is a little hidden on Macy’s third floor however has a variety of drinks. One of my favorites is a raspberry/strawberry black iced tea with strawberry jelly and aloe bits :) wait times seem shorter during the weekdays!
