One hour and 20 minutes no menu no service. Everytime I looked at a server they just looked away. The manager finally came and apologized and offered to order after I went to the bar and complained. But I went elsewhere. Every other table was helped and served. completely unacceptable. For Khmer not western. A very strange experience for a pride night event. Giving the food 3 stars it looked delicious but I didn't eat. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
