Love the location and the charm of this old Inn. View of the river and the sound of it rushing by at night was soothing. Standard breakfast, quiche was good. Did not get a chance to try the Inn for dinner. The menu looked good. Our host was gracious to let us change clothes when we arrived really early for a wedding. Eating dinner here, with my wife for the first time. Ummm. WHY HAVEN’T WE EATEN HERE BEFORE!? The food is delicious, the service is wonderful AND the music (which is important to me at least) is spot on. It’s fantastic, truly a North Country gem in the woods. Our stay at this is a charming, family-run inn was delightful. The innkeeper was clearly busy but very attentive and friendly. We stayed in the annex and it felt like we had stepped back in time to the "motor lodge" era, in a good way! The beds were very comfortable and sleeping next to the babbling river was so restful. We had a delicious breakfast (included with room) in a lovely dining room that overlooks the river. I can't wait to go back for another stay!
