Best food we've had during our month-long travels around Thailand by far. Cannot recommend this place enough! It was so good, we immediately decided we would rebook about halfway through our meal and we were only in the area for four nights!
On both nights, we were served mainly by April, who was the most attentive, friendly and well-mannered waitresses I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. If I was still managing fine-dining restaurants, I would have wanted to snap her right up!
We chose a few different things off the menu to the first night, and after trying six items of tapas in total, I can tell you that the flavours in each dish are so perfectly curated. You can tell that the owner is genuinely passionate about food and loves what he does.
I highly recommend you try the Thai tacos and the Soul of Thailand cocktail (although we tried four of their signature cocktails and they were all very impressive)

Duck Curry
Great service, nice AC/fans but the food was very disappointing and overpriced.
Got the Thai tacos and the chili shrimp as per the recommendation of the server — the former was not special whatsoever; just some grilled chicken and lettuce in a tortilla with 2 sauces you could barely taste. The shrimp main course was absolutely flavorless - cooked well but ironically no spice, despite the name, and the accompanying rice was similarly very bland.
Samui and even Fisherman’s Village are full of much better food options for less than half the price.

Bright and colourful! This was reflected in the interior design, food and plating. Such colourful rice, pink, blue and orange! My fave were the green curry mussels (slightly spicy) and sea bass. All the curry were cooked perfectly, super flavourful, but not heavy. Recommend trying different Thai curry to experience the diverse range of flavours. The visual presentation was great and they play around with molecular-inspired concept such as edible soil with the duck leg. One star deducted because I had high expectation for the massaman curry, the flavour delivered but beef was slightly over-cooked, it felt dry and leathery.

Sea Bass Fillet
It was a lovely meal we had. We got four dishes, a beer and water. The dishes were all really tasty but I think it was more Thai aimed at tourists rather than 100% authentic Thai. It was delicious nonetheless. The restaurant was very quiet when we went so our food and everything came quickly. Everything came to 1510 Baht, which was the most expensive meal we’ve had so far for sure. The water did cost 80 and we had two so it cost 160 (a bit too expensive even for a more up-market restaurant), which is why this review is 4 star and not 5.

I recently visited Thai Tapas in Koh Samui and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance blends traditional Thai charm with a modern twist, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who provided excellent recommendations.
The food was the real star. The tapas-style dishes, especially duck, mango salad, were a delightful mix of authentic Thai flavors and modern culinary flair. Every dish was a flavorful adventure, perfectly portioned for sampling a variety. Colored rice :)
Overall, Thai Tapas offers a unique and memorable dining experience, combining great food, ambiance, and service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Thai cuisine with a modern european touch.

What a wonderful find in the middle of the more commercial area of Koh Samui. The service was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The menu is explained and recommendations are made based on likes. Everything we ordered was tastier than the next. An amazing value for such complex tastings. Highly recommend you try this spot if you’re in Fisherman’s Village.

Don’t be fooled by the name, this is not a tapa bar! It is a high quality restaurant with a shared dining concept. The food was surprisingly good, a high level of ingredients combined with a creative chef’s vision. We really loved the green curry mussels, but we will be back to try some more items from the menu!!

By far the finest and tastiest restaurant during our vacation as a family with two children you can eat here perfectly. For the kids a super varied menu which is not only super healthy but also colorful and playful so the kids experienced it as a party. Good wifi makes it perfect for the kids. For us, the menu was also a feast and we tried almost all the dishes and found them insanely delicious. Owner and staff is just super friendly and recognized us immediately when we visited for the second time. In short! Definitely dining in if you are in the area!

Innovative food with great service. Oysters arrive fresh from France every Friday and is paired with thai condiments and small dollops of mojito sorbet that provides contrasting textures and temperatures. Loved the sumac fries that came with the thai taco. Lamb panang meat was fall off the bone tender but panang curry was a little watered down. Pomelo salad was served with a pomelo sorbet which was a refreshing sweet and savory appetizer. They served multi colored rice but our favorite was the blue one with longer grain and firmer texture. Overall a very good restaurant. Might be a bit pricey in comparison to other restaurants in the area but it was well worth it. Shoutout to the owner Patrick who beautifully presented the food. The place was fully-booked when we were there so we advice calling to check.

The most phenomenonal dining experience ever! Quaint restaurant, and the most amazing staff. The owner went above and beyond for our kids, even making them their own rainbow drinks that weren't on the menu. All I can say is WOW, thank you for being a highlight of our Koh Samui holiday! A definite must visit.
