I don't often rate anywhere as "the best", but in terms of flavour, economy and consistency, I must say Roti Cafe is my go-to for an almost PERFECT roti. They meats are all of the above. Their menu is WIDE, they give you the usual subjects, Chicken, Beef, Goat and Shrimp plus you can enjoy Turkey, Pork and their famous Lobster Roti, these are not your 'usual subjects' when ordering a roti and they all taste excellent, but you must go early as these sell out quickly. The Lobster is the most expensive but it's an expensive meat and they cook it in a Coconut Curry that would have you licking your fingers after, soooo delicious. In fact every roti is cooked with added flavours, almost to perfection. Again come early as it's usually crowded here, and they do need some work in the service department. I've, in the past, constantly complained about getting the wrong orders but the perpetrator to this has been moved and the girl at the counter is quite efficient and, once she continues her great service, I will upgrade my rating to 5/5.
Taste: 5/5, big flavours, curries well seasoned.
Meal portion size: 5/5, this size of the meats are gigantic!
Price point: 5/5, from $20 for Turkey and Pork to $100 for Lobster(current prices), these are excellent prices.
Service: 3/5, needs some work but since the change, much better service.
I will give this a thumbs-up. One of my #FoodieRunTTApproved locations for sure!
I was here visiting family and I seen this marvelous place on Facebook. I've never had a Lobster 🦞 Roti, and I wanted to give it a try.
The location is nice a spot, you can see a clear view of the mountains, a nice river on the left hand side of this wel establishment.
I wish this they had this dish in America, The Lobster 🦞 Roti, it was unforgivable, I wish they had this dish in America I would have it once a week. That's how great it was 😊. I will be returning again!

If you like a light curry then this is the place for you. The premise is small and clustered and not suitable for dinning in. Service is quick enough. I personally like my curry flavour a little stronger.

Softest roti ever eaten, everything was cooked good. The only problem is that the pepper sauce wasn’t applied properly on the order and I had to be the one to pay for that experience.

Nothing like a beef wrap roti from The Roti Cafe in Santa Cruz.
Price: $40
Tender beef, sweet mango, channa and potato wrapped in silky roti skin. Definitely have to try the lobster roti next time.
The seating area could be improved.

Shrimp/Lobster roti tasted amazing! The roti was hot & soft, the shrimp was nice, big and juicy with nice delicious bits of lobster! 10/10 next time I will definitely try the lobster roti! 🤤
