We’ve heard many positive feedbacks about this place and decided to give it a try. Long story short: the dinner was so good that we had to come back for breakfast. The service is very detailed. For our dinner I did make a reservation and the reservation form specified if I am intolerant to any food, If I’m coming on a special occasion and if I’m coming with kids. The place is incredible beautiful and has a playground for your kids to have some fun. Also they provide you with blankets if you get cold. The food was absolutely amazing, we’ve tried octopus, fried coconut chicken with mushroom risotto and for breakfast we chose burrito and traditional Panamanian breakfast. Complimentary marshmallow by the fireplace was just so memorable! Breakfast of 2 meals, orange juice, latte and complimentary coffee costed us 35$ (with a tip) and dinner of 2 meals, a starter and 2 cocktails was 80$ with a tip included. More than reasonable for the experience we had. Add this place to your list and thank me later!

Love this place for the atmosphere & ambiance. Kids really enjoy roasting marshmallows over the campfire, alongside the river. Great location! Try the Chocolate Bomb for dessert - it's out-of-this-world Delicious, with a capital "D!"

Beautiful location for a lunch or early dinner, in my case we went around sunset and it was just so beautiful to hang out in the fireplace area. I got the crema de hongos silvestres and it was a really good portion with great flavors. They have a couple of vegan options. Once the dinner was paid they gave us some marshmallows to enjoy outside in the fireplace.

This was our first dinner in Boquete and what a great way to start the trip! We had planned to eat here again before we left but just ran out of time. So happy we were able to experience such a wonderful restaurant. The food is fantastic! Everything is fresh and made to perfection. Not to mention the service is outstanding!

The Rock restaurant is a must if you are in town. The ambiance and food combined makes this an incredible experience. To start things off a good wine selection to choose from. The tuna and rock shrimp appetizer was out of this world. The spare ribs are a must as well as for any of the steaks. Then to complete the meal they give you a home made marshmallow to roast in the back at the big camp fire while listing the water stream. What a setting. Highly recommend dining at this establishment. In my opinion this is one of Panama’s top restaurants.

Went for breakfast. It was really good. We ordered french toast, rockin' muffin (not sure that was the name) and caprese bagels. Everything was so tasty and the service was very very good.
We had bottomless coffee which makes things even better!!

We made a reservation for our anniversary. No mention of this on arrival and were sat at a table in the corner next to kitchen (loud, chaotic, decidedly not romantic). Server took almost 10 minutes to get us menus and then another 15-20 min to take orders - felt entirely forgotten.
Food was good ultimately but the service was poor for the high prices. Pretty disappointed given all the glowing reviews from friends.

Ambiance and presentation was a 5, the flavor of the food was a 3. We ordered the ribs and coconut chicken; both came in large portions. The ribs were not crispy at all and just drowning in sauce, the vegetables were very over salted. The chicken was a bit over done and the risotto it came with was under cooked.
The place is very charming, right on the river and they give everyone marshmallows to roast by the fire after dinner.

I've enjoyed all the meals I have eaten here. The food is generally consistent as well, which is a nice change. The service has always been pleasant as well. The atmosphere is designed well. Firepits, a campfire (which helps with bugs), and a general nice vibe of this place. It's definitely worth a visit.

Amazing restaurant at the bottom of the mountains in Boquete. This place has an unique vibe, equally perfect for romantic date night or family lunch. Inside and outside sitting available. Plus a fireplace on the back completes the set.
Food is very delicious and flavourful. There's a lot of options to choose from - vegan, vegetarian, meats and sea fruits. All ingredients are fresh and locally grown.
The staff is really helpful and bilingual. Feel free to ask for modifications for you dietary requirements.
The desert was a cherry on top. Interactive element of melting chocolate dome with a hot milk leaves you drooling, ready to dig in!
Worth to mention that portions are big and absolutely worth the price.
