I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting The Rock Cafe with a group of friends, and I must say that our evening was severely dampened by the shocking level of rudeness displayed by the staff. I left feeling disrespected and thoroughly disappointed.
Upon entering The Rock Cafe, we were met with an unwelcoming atmosphere and a complete lack of hospitality. The bartender, in particular, seemed to view our presence as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to provide good service. Our attempts to engage in polite conversation and inquire about the menu were met with icy stares and dismissive, curt responses. It was as if our mere presence was a burden to them.
What truly soured the evening was the escalating rudeness as the night progressed. The bartender openly mocked some customers within earshot, making derogatory comments that were completely uncalled for. This not only created an uncomfortable environment for those targeted but also left a negative impression on the rest of us. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction.
Adding to the frustration, the service was abysmally slow, despite the bar not being overly crowded. It felt like a deliberate attempt by the staff to make us feel unwelcome. Our orders took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when we politely inquired about the delay, we were met with eye rolls and sarcastic remarks. Such blatant disrespect only added insult to injury.
As customers, we expect to be treated with common courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy a bar may be. The lack of customer service displayed at The Rock Cafe was unacceptable. The success of any establishment relies heavily on its patrons, and it's disheartening to see such a disregard for this basic principle.
I sincerely hope that the management of The Rock Cafe takes swift action to address the issue of rude behavior among their staff. Customers should feel valued and appreciated when choosing to spend their time and money at a bar. Failure to address these concerns may drive away potential customers, including myself, who would prefer to patronize establishments where their patronage is truly valued.
I genuinely hope that my feedback is taken into consideration and that the necessary steps are taken to rectify these issues. Until then, I regretfully cannot recommend The Rock Cafe to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable evening out.

The service was good. However, The wings served were not fresh and sauce was not tasty.
There was an event on the day. It was disorganized. They were setting up the sound at 9:30pm.

Pregnant lady of almost 5 months wanted to use the bathroom and they refused blatantly that i use it without buying something to drink i will expect a call from the owner of the place as that is discriminating against people
We had fun indeed...great scenery and good music only thing we were disappointed that we paid an entry fee but not everyone who was in the line up showed up..so we felt ripped off. Otherwise it was great fun👌
Definitely not where you want to go for family fun or for a good sit down meal, the service is terrible, the place is expensive, and the general feeling you get from the place is not customer friendly, I have used it as a last resort when nothing, and not nothing else is open on the day, other than situations such as these I would not recommend frequenting it to anybody
Great venue not far from the beach, amazing cup of coffee and great service from the staff. Seems to be really busy on weekends and they have some good specials on alcohol as well.
