We had lunch at the Riverside Castle with family. The food was excellent and Ely Beniquez made our experience here unforgettable. He was attentive and gave us top notch service. Great service very friendly. Food was great very tasty and a good portion. We were 3 and one plate was a bit salty no big deal but waiter was willing to replace it with new one. Nice place to eat and enjoy some time. Really if your in this area its a must to visit have some drinks and eat. This place was amazing!! The location is so amazing right next to the river and it’s such a gorgeous, classic, traditional vibe in that building. Our waiter was absolutely lovely. The food was incredible and portions were Huge!! Far exceeded any expectations! We had the best customer service and the food was amazing. I understand that when the place is crowded the service could be delayed but we did not have any problem during our visit. This place will be my go to place whenever I visit the island. Fish was so fresh and tender and their stuffed fish with prawns and garlic sauce is a must try. It was raining when we visited and so we couldnt sit under the pergola which was a small disappointment.

First time visiting Riverside, which was recommended by friends, the food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and the waitress was nice too. However, it took a lot of time for the food to arrive. When we asked the waitress, she apologized because when she asked for our food, the ticket was lost in the kitchen and needed to reorder. First of all, I have nothing against this place or the employees, but I would never eat here again. There are stray cats running and jumping all over the tables horrible and unsanitary and the mofongo with masitas de pollo a few hour later my stomach began to hurt, not only me but my family too. Everyone I took there was astonished by the sounds and views that the river had to offer, while eating and its evening breeze coming off the water was a natural A/C. Everything on the menu has a golden taste you can literally close your eyes and point on the menu and whatever comes up is a guarantee to conquer that appetite of yours. Service was a blast not one issue at all. Ever meal we had was delicious. Everyone I brought there for dinner said that they would come back again.
