Went to The Palms for the first time a while back at the end of summer. The food was decent, and the white russians I had were tasty. But overall it was a "meh" experience. I literally can't remember what I ordered, but I do recall I tacked a couple ribs onto the entrée. In my personal opinion, the ribs were overcooked. Slide off the bone is actually not the culinary ideal for great ribs. The meat should adhere to the bone, but pull away cleanly. Honestly that's a minor thing to note though.
