visited here a few months ago with a friend. This place was so inviting. There were so many options to choose from. The owner was behind the counter and she was beyond friendly. My drink was really good too. I had the triple berry. I see why it was a house fave!! Definitely gave me some energy for the the rest of the day. Highly recommend. I read the reviews and decided to stop by for a smoothie. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about her products. The strawberry cheesecake smoothie was blended well and very tasty. Can't wait to come back. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I love this place! The owner is so sweet and gives great recommendations of what you’re looking for. I came in and I wasn’t sure what to try at first, but she asked me a couple of questions and I picked one I ended up loving! I was looking for meal replacements as I’m very busy and hardly have time to eat a healthy meal. These nutritional shakes are the best way to go! My husband and I tried the Nutrition Spot and are hooked! He is super picky and a day later, he is STILL talking about the Orange smoothie. I tried an energy tea and it was amazing! We definitely plan to go back. The cherry on the top is that the owner makes you feel like a valued customer.

Great staff. Extremely friendly and inviting and willing to spend as much time as necessary to educate you on their products/programs based on YOUR goal(s). No time spent trying to sell you on anything so no need to worry about pushy and awkward moments. My wife and I can't wait to go back again and experience other things they have to offer.
