Part of the Avani resort (hidden away, we only stumbled across it, the hotel should probably mention it at check in!), super sunset view and was clearly the main reason people were there (worth turning up well before sunset to get a good seat). Drink selection was decent and not overpriced, including some cocktails. Small snacks available but not a lot to choose from. Music could do with a longer playlist, we were there less than an hour and heard the same songs. Worth a visit for the view.

The Loft has a great sunset view but that's pretty much all of it. The service is slow and food a bit bland which I can forgive as it might be more accustomed to Western taste buds but in general, not so great.

Small rooftop bar linked to the hotel, sunset view over the ocean. It is a very nice place to have a few drinks and watch the sunset great staff who look after you. The only criticisms are there is no information in the hotel that it is here and the way up to the bar is via a dark walkway and stairs (needs lights and signs) next to the pool. When we visited the sound system was not working the manager told us this would be repaired. These small adjustments would make it great. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

No food except some tapas-style snacks, but a very nice beach view, nice selection of drinks, and music that will take you down memory lane. There's also free wifi from the hotel next to Loft!

Amazing views!! Staff are so friendly. John especially, he was very happy to chat about bentota and other great places to visit. Not too busy so you can get a great spot and watch the sun come down, try get there at 5.30pm. Beautiful! 😁🥂

Great for Sunsets, opens by 4 - 4:30. Nice lounge music with an exceptional view of the sunset. Take your bae, be/she will love it.

Was excellent the best Contail Drinks, servent and Bar Tendor Tohlakakaratothe with a big smile. I was there just befor sunset ... waw what a magnificent time. . Thank you Avani Bentota Management for taking care of the little details in uour property
