Krystal always has good food but at this particular Krystals,with one particular employee,I was very displeased with the service. I ordered 2 meals large sized and when I got to the window she handed me two drinks in the small coffee cups. I thought it was a mistake because I saw the large and even regular size cups. However, when I told her my drinks were supposed to be large and showed her the receipt where she charged me for such she didn't even look at the receipt and said we don't have any other size cups. ??? Slow, lazy, unorganized, ill trained, and inconsiderate especially at night. Supposedly I’ve been waiting on those small patties to cook for over 30 minutes now. I refuse to cancel my 3 orders because they tipped very well. This location just made me miss out on around an additional $45 waiting for this $45 trip. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I believe they have been telling everyone that pulls up that they don’t have any meat cooked right now, that’s why there is no line. Not to mention the system in which the online tickets print out didn’t help the staff at all. They had no clue or a ticket for 2 out of my 3 orders. Service Delivery Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in and placed an order for a 24 pk with cheese, a 12 pk with cheese and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches at 12:23pm. There was one person ahead of me waiting for their meal (2 sandwiches). About seven more customers came in behind me and placed their orders. Everyone that had come in after me had gotten their food and finish their food. At that time I went up to the counter to see what was going on and they told me that they had to take care of everyone else with smaller orders. I did not received my food until 1: 27pm. This was a horrible experience. The bathrooms were filthy, the dining room was dirty and NO ONE besides a guy sweeping the floor, were wearing gloves. Nasty! I ordered 5 classic Krystal burgers and 5 wings. The burgers were as expected with the classic delicious Krystal flavor and texture. The wings however were not what I was expecting. To be fair, I honestly thought they'd be like a smoked or baked wing, but they were fried. It was good I guess, but pretty greasy and if you're not expecting a certain texture, it throws everything off. It may have very well been an oversight on my part, so I didn't ding them for that too much. I also had to pull around after paying for my food and wait for a bit. Not a huge deal, but kind of inconvenient because I was pulling a trailer. Overall though, a good experience. I'll definitely return for more burgers. I’ve been a student at Alabama for 4 years and attempt to get Krystal’s countless times while here. Not a single time have I been able to get Krystal’s. It’s either they don’t have hamburgers ready, the card machine is down? Or they will simply have you sit at the intercom for 10-15 minutes and not say a word to you. I genuinely enjoy the food from time to time but this location is ridiculous. They need to get it together. Whatever you do though avoid this location. It’s not worth it. I went yesterday to try and see if I could get service and food in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The service was friendly and quick and the food was good like it used to be. The last 5 or 6 times I went there, the service was horrible and the food was just OK. It looks you all have finally got some good help and it surely paid off for me yesterday. I really hope that y"all continue this because there a lots of folks that really love Krystal but have quit going due to the food and service. Ordered my food on the online app. Went to pick it up through the drive thru. It wasn't ready so they asked me to pull around to the side and that they would bring it out. Ok no problem. I'm waiting and waiting. People coming and going with their orders. Still waiting. After 30 mins, I pull back through the drive thru to see what's up. They STILL didn't have my order ready. So they rushed to get me my order. Not only was it wrong but some of the burgers were raw! Had to remind them that I still hadn't got our drinks yet and all the while they're laughing. From the time that I placed the order online to actually receiving it, 50mins. And to clarify it wasn't a large order either. No one apologized. No one offered to compensate. I haven't seen a Krystal burger in years and when I saw this one I had to stop and get some. So I got in the line at the drive through and that's when the nightmare began. It took 17 minutes to get to the menu to order and I would have left but once you're in line the way that they designed it you can't get out which is Smart on their part. So now that I ordered my food and drove to the window to pay and receive my order (here we go again) another 10 minutes at the window and then another 5 minutes waiting on fries. I Saw that The owner Michael Lowery put his number by the drive thru and I should have written it down but I now know why it's there. Again I say I really like Krystal burgers and we don't have one in Dallas Texas but if I'm on my way to Atlanta in the near future I will search for one and hopefully I won't have to go through this again.
