I wish they would ask if we want an espresso bean.. I don't do dairy, so I can't eat them, and when I got my drink the bean had already melted all over the lid. Speaking of the lid- it seemed like it was poorly made & melting as it sat on my cup, it didn't fit right & coffee went everywhere.

Use to be the best stand. But they have new employees and the coffees have gotten weak and incorrectly made. Have complained several times and have been compensated for the issues but things are still the same Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter loves their hot chocolate! The two gentlemen working when we went were so sweet! They bought my baby a hot chocolate and when she had to use the bathroom they let her in to use the employee only bathroom! Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because they don't have an inside. It is drive thru and walk up only.

I enjoy the new drive-thru thing, they finally have the green tea smoothies back! (They haven’t had them since last November.) Everyone was nice and very quick.

Yummy coffee, smiling baristas decent prices, what more could you ask for? Your drink is even topped with a coffee bean wrapped in chocolate. Yum!

Absolutely love the human bean. The barsitas are nice and if you have a problem someone will always take care of you. Plus they have a drink the tropical breeze that is amazing.

I love this human being place I am so glad they're here I used to go to them when I lived in Medford I just love the staff they're so friendly and they're so helpful and they even give doggie biscuits for you people with your friendly little four-legged animals with you she gave me a dog biscuit today from my little girl Izzy and she just loved it thank you so much human bean and welcome to grants Pass.
