The food tasted good but it wasn't fine dining quality. The service was very slow which was surprising as the restaurant wasn't busy. We had to get the server's attention a couple of times to order our food and drinks. The food was out in approximately half and hour. My experience wasn't disappointing but I expected way better service for the price paid. I think the staff needs better training
Also our reservation was for 1pm. The restaurant was extremely hot and all of us were sweating. The staff said that it takes awhile for the air-conditioning to cool the area. I would have assumed that they would have it running so that it would be cool before guests arrive. It was very uncomfortable

I made a reservation for myself and my husband to celebrate my birthday. Needless to say, it was an experience to remember.
Not only did they NOT remember the reason for the booking, almost everything I wanted wasn’t available. I had to settle for the spinach soup, which looked more like a paste than soup. The bread that was stuck in the soup, tasted better than said soup. The main course I wanted was apparently non-existent anymore but it was still on the menu and the server was unaware.
My husband and I settled for the grilled chicken, which was anything BUT grilled and was flavourless. The so-called guava sauce was Barbeque sauce. The mashed potatoes were decent enough but at least they got the vegetables right.
When I asked to see the dessert menu, all of the best desserts were unavailable and to make matters worse, when I asked what ice cream they had, they only had vanilla and it was Creamery. Seriously?!
I just wanted to leave at that point. We had ordered The International Platter to take home and of course, they didn’t have any wantons and no shrimp for the burrito. Just my luck.
Even that didn’t taste great. Their food was disguised as edible but packed a serious punch on our stomachs as we were upset all night until the next day.
However, the server, Lea I believe her name was, was the only saving grace in this night of horrors. Never again shall I grace those walls. This has now been blacklisted along with Touch n Taste Restaurant. The only difference was that TnT restaurant’s food actually looked inedible from the presentation, The Green Jacket’s was just deceptive in its approach.
All food items were excellent. Then the chef made a golden snitch (Harry Potter Quiddich) for dessert which totally blew me away.

A wide menu of options and tastily prepared meals. The service is moderately timely, and that's when I was there, at full capacity. The waiters were attentive and warm.

Excellent service, ambiance and delicious food. Very pricey but definitely worth it. My husband said his served steak was the best he had in a long while. My son burger was tasty he had the surf and turf burger that comprised of steak, fried calamari and lobster with 3 types of cheese. 😋 excellent place for small gathering or delicious food.

My husband took me to the Green Jacket Restaurant yesterday to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious (everything we tried was so good) and the ambience was stunning. The staff was very helpful and courteous, especially our waiter Carlos who was extremely friendly and cheerful. It's perfect for celebrating a special occasion. We would definitely be visiting again! 💯

Visited this restaurant while on vacation in Trinidad and Tobago. The staff members are really pleasant. The decor is very modern. The food was was good really good aside from the calamari being a bit on the hard side. The drink we every nice also. At the end of the night we met the owner and the executive chef really pleasant meeting you all! I would definitely recommend

The food was good, I liked it. Portions were good, although the flavors of some options could be better. I left feeling satisfied with my meal and that the price to quality of food was good. Specifically, the meat options were tasty, as well as, the veg options. They specify in the menu what is vegetarian and vegan which is nice and I was able to make small substitutes to my meal to make it better suited for me.
The service was okay. I'm not sure if it was due to the time I went. Since it only had 1 waiter and the rest were bartenders/bust boys.
Atmosphere was good, not great. The music, table arrangement, decor and lighting was beautiful. My only complaint was a fly buzzing around and lounging on the food when we were talking in between. One time is more than enough, it was unacceptable.
Overall, I would go back with friends as a nice mid-high end dine in restaurant.
