As average as possible. You last minute need a cake for that party you forgot about? Cheesecake shop. I ordered a non custom cake for a birthday party a week in advance...on the day they said they sold the cake to someone else and I should pick from the ones they had left 🤣🤣 If you have more than a few days notice shop around, there are definitely better options if you want custom cakes. A whole shop full of YUMMM!! Coffee to go, sausy rolls too! Eat in or take out. Single serve slices up to full cakes. Nice clean store. Pleasant team

I have ordered birthday cake for my daughter with few alterations from there standard cake, even the chef come and write down what I wanted but in the end I received the opposite of what I ordered.very disappointed.

When I rang and placed an order for a cake for my sons birthday, I was assured it would be ready in time. On the afternoon I was due to pick it up, they phoned to tell me they were unable to make the cake. I was told that a staff member had not turned up to work due to illness. I stated that it was very late notice to inform me of this, they could have phoned me in the morning.

Carrot cake was stodgy and undercooked. No refund offered, Left that yucky cake at the store. Owner seems to not care about losing customers or representing the brand positively.

We purchased a carrot cake which in the past has been nice but on this occasion it was awful. It was like a sponge cake with a little bit of grated carrot, a few raisins and that was about it. No flavour. Not sure if you have changed the recipe but if you have go back to the original. At this stage I will never buy one from here again.

Purchased the “Sprinkles and Stars” cake for my son’s 2nd birthday. The staff member who took my order over the phone was very professional and helpful and we had a very happy little boy! Thank you.
