The Brown Onion in Steger is a cozy restaurant and bar with an inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a good selection of items, from Italian beef sandwiches to burgers and wings. The craft beer selection is also impressive and reasonably priced. The food is delicious, especially the Italian sausage sandwich, hamburger, and steak-a-reno. The French onion soup could use some improvement, but overall the food is very good. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. The four big screen TVs make it a great place to watch sports or hang out with friends. Parking can be limited, but it's worth it for the great food and atmosphere. Highly recommended!
