Super limited dining choices in the area and decided to walk from another brand hotel. Great IPA beer on tap, many cocktail choices as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and presentation of the food. The hummus plate was a great appetizer. The chicken sandwich was good, and the Cobb salad was impressive both visually and in taste. Our party was super impressed for this hotel dining option! Burger was atrocious. The chefs did everything they could but it's a mcdonalds patty that they tried to make fancy. Flatbreads and salads looked good.

Loved the bees knees at Bistro Bar! Josh was an excellent bartender and even shared his homemade recipe. We will be back before we leave Rapid City!
