My and my friends came here for lunch and the food was amazing. We tried some Vietnamese dishes as Beef Pho and Bun Bo Hue which has quite similar flavor to my hometown. Yum! I will be back next time 💕the fruit juice are good as well. I was so hurry and forgot to take a picture of the dishes :> Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spring Rolls
I ordered my usual favourite dish, the sticky rice cakes, from uber eats. Really disappointed. The food used to be amazing, but what I received looked and tasted like it was drenched in canned tomato soup. The supposed vegetarian dish also contained something that tasted disgustingly like fish. It wasn't pleasant to eat, and if this is the quality of the food, I won't be eating here again. Serious drop in quality from what it used to be, definitely one to avoid. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1
Went with my colleagues today and it was delicious. 2nd time visiting this Cafe but certainly won't be the last. A mix of Malaysian and Japanese meals. Food wasn't oily and was all lovely and fresh. The prices are extremely competitive. The Cafe itself is rather small; would hold a maximum of around 30 people but didn't feel pokey. A vast menu and had its own dedicated one for vegetarians. So if you're after a quality meal on a budget this would be a great place to go.
I ordered first time through the Uber, chicken soup is astonishing 10 out of 10! However, maybe you think over to add a little bit less salt. Shrimp cutlets are good too! 👍 Very pleasant delivery driver. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Soup

I've been going to the Bean Cafe for the past 20 years. So, when the previous owners sold it to the current owners, I knew they would have big shoes to fill. We've been twice, and both times have been extremely disappointing. The first time we went, we ordered our usual favourites. Unfortunately, nothing tasted the same. It just felt like a poor imitation of the food that we've loved for the past 20 years. But never mind, we'll give them a second chance. A few months later, we returned and this time, we ordered the two vietnamese noodle soup dishes (the beef and the chicken). The new owners are vietnamese and surely, they can't muck their national dishes up. We were absolutely wrong. Beef pho should have a strong, rich, almost oily broth, but what I got was tastless and flat. It had just a few thin slices of beef and the meatballs were chopped in half, which made it seem cheap. Worse, the meatballs tasted sour-y, like they were off. The chicken pho was just as bad. The chicken wasn't too bad; it was tender. But the broth was about as tasty as warm tap water. Look, we know that we can't compare the old Bean Cafe with the food from the new owners. But their newly-introduced pho dishes, which should be their signature dish, was probably THE most disappointing pho I've ever had in my life. I think it's fair to say that I'm not going back ... ever! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Really good bubble tea with a great variety of flavours. I had the fried dumplings and vegetarian spring rolls. Super tasty, speedy service and there's endless of delicious options on their menu.
Yummy 😋 There are also heaps of pork for a Katsudon dish! Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This place is a rare find. It is not what expected by the title. The menu is beautifully prepared Asian cuisine. I got seafood laksa expecting the usual scant almost fish That was not the case. My laksa was full of seafood! The soup itself was beautiful. The portion was generous. I heard multiple people commenting on the excellent size of the portion. They were right. The best thing is that they have an amazing Asian fusion menu to explore. I will be back
