Bancie is centrally located in Naivasha town and sells a variety of food. The most outstanding thing with Bancie is that they operate round the clock, everyday, when you need to grab a meal at 2a.m at night you don't need to worry. Their meals are tasty, fresh and affordable as well. They offer takeout meals at a small fee. After placing your order, the waiting time is usually a few minutes as most of the food are halfway prepared.

I ordered a goose stew and received a dish that could not be bitten. It can happen anywhere, but even though I returned this dish and ordered other it was included in the bill. I had to fight with the waitress and later with the manager to finally recognize my complaint and withdrew this dish from the bill. No words of apology. But that's not all, the waitress informed me that she would bear the consequences for this incident and would not be paid for that day. What a brilliant approach to the customer and staff.
