Let's just say wow they must have down sized the portions. Not much meat on the ribs at all (must be from a piglet).meat on them was way dryed out also. Service and atmosphere were excellent. The food was prepared perfectly, but I had fajitas and sweet BBQ sauce on fajitas is not a good idea. As I said the food was perfect in appearance. It was the BBQ sauce that ruined it's taste. I didn't complain because the server was great and maybe someone likes it like that. Plus, I was told that fajitas was going away on the menu. As chain restaurants go, there are too many options that are better for this to be your pick. The food was decent, not many complaints there other than the prices. Costs more than Chili’s or Applebee’s but the quality isn’t any better. The booths are uncomfortable and small, the floor looks old and dirty, the tv next to us was broken. Good is good, but the last three times we went to this location, the service and time to get our food was horrible. We have not experienced this at any other location we have visited. We arrived at 7:15pm on Sunday evening and there were only a handful of customers in the place. After waiting 10 minutes, our server showed up for our drink order. She was surprised that we were ready to order as well. She left to get a Diet Coke and a water along with chip and salsa. Another 10 minutes passed before our drinks arrived. Then she left for 5 minutes to get our chips. Meanwhile, a woman who came in a few minutes after us and hadn't even been approached by a server stopped our server. The server offered her a free appetizer as an apology. We finally got our food and had almost finished eating when the woman's order with the appetizer finally showed up - and of course it was messed up! Most likely will not visit this location again.

This place is a classic...... but how do they get rid of a classic?? RIP SESAME JACK STRIPS. :( Kids meal portions are kind of a joke and the mashed potatoes were solid, like you could almost cut them into slices. Otherwise service is and always has been great. I have been to the TGIF often, unfortunately, I have to say I have been highly disappointing at this location . Bad experience, chicken wings was not fresh( i request extra fried for my chicken with sauce on the side ) , also ribs taste bad and the french fries really soggy . First time with TGI Fridays. Overall experience was very nice. There was no wait time to be sat. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Few things that were a little frustrating however. Server took my boyfriend's drink and didn't return. Our server would just pop up out of no where. Little uncomfortable while trying to have conversations. There was a moment where he stood on the balcony above us and didn't say a word until we looked up and saw him. It was creepy and a little overwhelming. Think his name was Jason.

Ordered these food to go on January 6, 2021. Friendly staff. Gave it 3 of 5, because the shrimp in the Cajun Pasta was undercooked, the fries were too salty, and the chicken wings were very cold and not too fresh. I will be giving TGIF another try and hope it will better.

Went for lunch as soon as it opened, actually was the first customer in the restaurant it took awhile to get appetizer then even longer for food ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo shrimp was only cooked on one side manager said it was no color on one side because of the Alfredo sauce. I have visited this place lots of time but since covid it has went down and needs to close it smells like a very old antique building after sitting down they can no longer get my service paid for drinks and appetizer but not food. We were not greeted by the angry bar tender. The table was sticky and the menu's were filthy. The the floor from the front door the bar area was dirty and sticky. The chairs were not very solid and they were also sticky. We had no choice but to walk out. It's sad to see the decline of this restaurant, and the angry staff the works here.
