Service was best I ever had in a restaurant. Unfortunately the food was not worth coming back for. The steak was overcooked and dry. The margaritas, well I’ve had much better and they didn’t appear to look anything like they were pictured on the drink menu. They have fantastic rolls though! Upon arrival was told there would be a 25 minute wait, even though there were tables open and available. Handicapped parking was not in front of the restaurant but on the side of the building!? I am a TR super fan and this location absolutely delivered. Per usual, the food was top tier (do not tell me how they turn a profit with such affordable yet actually delicious meals - I don’t wanna know!!!) but the best part of our night was Lisa’s service! She was the kind of server you remember for the rest of your life - SO nice, accommodating, helpful, eager to please. She was sat with 4 tables at the same time we sat down so she was slammed but handled everyone with grace and humor. Loved her!!! Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My steak was absolutely delicious! Absolute 10/10. I forgot my friend and I's waitress' name but she was so sweet. I got an Andy's steak. I had a 16 oz Prime Rib with a loaded Baked Potato,Dinner Salad and 4 rolls with cinnamon butter...The meal was very tasty.My steak was seasoned well,the service was great..Very happy with my meal..My bill for everything was 31.39..Great Value..I will definitely be back in the future.. We came in tonight to celebrate my 10-year-old granddaughter's straight-A report card. We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes through the online “join the waitlist.” When we arrived we were told we were next on the list by the hostess. I requested to sit in a large booth near the TVs to accommodate our seven family members, and also so my son could watch the basketball game . We were seated and given bread. Five minutes later, we were eating our bread when a server named Rick came up to us and said that there was a mistake and that we had to move. He stated that he had “customers” on the waiting list longer than us, and they were promised the seat. He said the hostesses made a mistake and this table belonged to other guests, so he needed to move us. He proceeded to escort us to the corner of the restaurant in the very back to a table that wasn’t even properly cleaned. Immediately, I stated that we did not want to move… but he was very pushy and unprofessional. I decided to go back to the hostess stand to see why there was so much confusion and to see if we could get a seat near the TVs, but as I approached the kitchen area, I could see Rick discussing the situation, and he was very hostile with whoever he was talking to. At that point, I decided to sit in the seat because I did not want him to serve me, nor did I want to be in his area. A few minutes later, a very nice manager came over and apologized, stating that we should’ve never been moved and how sorry she was. She proceeded to take her order. Rick's “friends” arrived 10-15 minutes later, and the four guests took up the large ten-top booth. I'm an ex-bar manager from Washington, DC, and have never been treated so horribly at a restaurant. I always tip between $25-50. I will never step foot in this establishment again if they continue to allow their servers to upset their guests again. He completely ruined my granddaughter's evening and made us feel bad. It was almost like his four friends were more important than us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always had great experience, food, service... but this time roll were the best. My daughter ordered one rack ribs with house salad and loaded sweet potato. Salad was great, ribs very fatty. When server brought the food top of the sweet potato was charcoal, marshmallows all burned. She asked if we wanted and we presumed is ok but actually wasn't.
