Drinks and food everything was good, I know sometimes hard to handle customers, but please if customers being good to the staff, make sure give your good customers services, friendly&smiles. Whatever shift you do, be professional when working. I seems not understanding why should you working if can't give good customer services. Not every outlet was bad but tealive sungai besar seriously was really bad services. Very disappointed while I'm excited to buy.

i order carbonara m&c with chicken popcorn but yg i terima carbonara mac & cheese.. Why staff tak cek dulu before serah pada grab food????

The location is a little far from the main town, but it is Tealive btw.

The staff was very friendly and like to smile. But maybe can improve with the packaging. The plastic cover at the top of my tealive not seal properly. Then my lovely shaka lava pour happily on my beautiful dress.

There were a few customers in front of me but it's okay I don't mind the wait. However sadly the workers aren't that agile and quick enough. Tak bergerak pantas pun walaupun tengah ramai orang. I would have otherwise given it a 5 star rating except the part that the workers didn't state earlier before I reached to the counter to order.. that the Biskutea drink range is out of stock 😭😭😢😢
They could've made a simple notice telling the range is out of stock, so I can decide beforehand to just leave or order something else. Thank you. I hope the workers will improve. #longliveTealive 🥰✨

I'm very disappointed as I thought I will get the fresh and new one beverage. I bought the pop pop just now. The new or latest one. But sadly, I saw the staff bring out the drink from fridge. Idk what people will think but obviously I was thinking that they already prepared it early which the staff also shake it in front of my eyes. When I asked her "ni yang lama punya ke?" she directly effrontery claimed "Tak lahhh" I ordered Mango Pop Pop add on pearls. Tapi I dapat tak add on apa apa pun. Bila I tanya balik, nampak macam I pulak yang salah. Walhal cashier yang salah dengar. Haih. I know you just want to standby just in case if ramai orang but dissatisfied lah sebab dapat yang tak berapa fresh which is sepatutnya bila ada orang order baru buat. Biarlah orang nak beratur panjang ke apa, how can you organize or manage your own business macam ni? Honestly, 2 days ago, I bought the same one but the difference is last day is larger and today is regular. But last day I bought everything was perfect.

Rightly located. On the day that we arrived, the staff were 'kelam kabut', running like headless chicken, as if their was no SOP. Finally one staff came to accept order & payment, by then the line has built up. The promo by TnG was on, and the staff took times to explain the promo one by one to the impatient line. The drinks were also not as good as the usual Tealive. Seating in the outlet - BAGUS!

Very very disappointing! The very same drink elsewhere is tastier compared to here. Please improve on your service before opening a new outlet. It’s not like you’re giving out the drink for free!

Nice and cosy place. They have beautiful id here for ig photos. Practise SOP well too. and their service is quite fast.
