Dari segi servis ke air, memang sangat teruk. Pelik, sbb dh pergi byk franchise, dekat muar, tangkak, segamat, serdang and etc. Byk lah franchise lain yg aku dah pergi, tapi Jementah ni is the worst lah. Memang sangat teruk. Contoh, hari tu ada order strawberry pudding. Rasa dia tu mmg lain lah dari tempat lain , maybe terlebih ais and the pudding is too much mcam tak ikut SOP dorang. Next scenario is, masa puasa ada combo mierul, imran, fikry n mark. And aku ada order 1 combo yg ada makanan n air, tk ingat combo yg mana. Then ada tambah jugak lagi 2 air. I think the staff forgot to punch the button for 1 of my 2 drinks. As result, I got the total of 2 drinks and 1 food. Supposedly I should get the total of 3 drinks and 1 food including the combo. Plus, bukan ada customer pon time tu, why nak kelam kabut. Then bila tanya balik dekat staff, boleh pulak dia cakap, "tadi time saya repeat order, nape tak tegur" woahh how the staff has that audacity to reply like that and the intonation pon, mcam cakap dengan member². Then, I pon malas lah nk gaduh mulut dengan staff ni. I admit, ada sikit salah aku, but the staff doesn't need to gaslight me and boleh reply elok sikit kot. Dri cakap mcm tu. Ada banyak lagi my experiences dekat tealive jementah ni, yg staff dia bising² time buat kerja sampai ganggu customer yg dine in, yg tak panggil nombor customer bila order dah siap, salah hantar order delivery... Banyaklah, tapi cukup lah ni dulu. So, to the authorities of Tealive Jementah, my suggestions are train lagi pekerja² dekat sini, ajar dorang how to treat customers nicely, ajar dorang cara buat air dengan betul, ajar dorang etiquette of fnb workers.
