It’s located inside the Fresh Market and the staff are very sweet and knowledgeable. The cookie I got was perfectly sweet without being overly sugary. So I first heard of these cookies when I bought a candle from Fontana candles that was a cookie scented collab with Taylor Chip. I was happy to find them in Hershey when I traveled there! These cookies are so dang good!!! I do not eat a lot of sweets so I was hesitant to get these but they are not too sweet, have an amazing flavor, and melt in your mouth! Some of the best cookies I’ve ever bought!

Place looks clean and all the cookies look yummy. Had the salted caramel and chocolate chip walnut. Oh boy! Something is happening here because the cookies were amazing. Rather go here than any Starbucks. Do yourself the favor and grab some of these soft, delicious cookies and a drink. 10/10 all day Still the best cookies in town

They have a killer selection of cookies, not to mention coffee drinks! We got the london fog and chai latte, both were very good. Pictured are the brookie and the espresso bean cookies, also excellent. We came here on 10/20/22 and the service was so excellent, some of the most cheery people I've seen. Can't wait to try more next time!

Absolutely wonderful. The staff are fantastic and are like family. I mean, what other local business would surprise you with a birthday cookie cake because you had a terrible birthday 😫🤣 Also, their gluten free brookie cookie is out of this world and their espresso is sooo rich and flavorful! Give them a try, you won't regret it!

OMG! Best cookies EVER! The chocolate chip cookies were AMAZING! They must have weighed 3 lbs! Moist and absolutely FABULOUS. Melted in your mouth. Today was my "cheat day". Customer service was fantastic, and very friendly. Will definitely be back. I love supporting local companies 💜

I was so happy to see Taylor Chip at the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg this past weekend. I have recently had to go dairy free, and the employees working the event suggested the Gluten free options. The double chocolate chip was PHENOMENAL!!! I came back in hopes to get more but unfortunately they sold out of the gluten free!!!! Disappointing, but totally understandable!!! I cannot wait to head to the store and get more vegan cookies!!

We first discovered Taylor Chip at their Lancaster location last fall, and were beyond excited when they opened the Hershey location only a few minutes from where we live! Their cookies are amazing - hugely sized (perfect for sharing!), awesome flavors, perfect cookie texture. We have had several of the cookie cakes and they are a favorite at our house for family celebrations! PB fudge and salted caramel pretzel are my personal faves (plus the special toasted coconut available over the holidays!) These cookies are a must try! 🍪
