Amazing food truck by Tobyhanna lake, decided to ditch my packed Wawa lunch for something different. Got their mofongo con pernil. The pork was super tender and flavorful, but the mofongo!!! One of the best I've had!! The two owners working the truck the cook tent are super nice and helpful. Will be back! Authentic and delicious food to please the most discerning boricua. It's like an afternoon at a kiosco in the Piñones, but in rural Pennsylvania. Get the pork mofongo!
