BUGS IN FOOD! DO NOT EAT HERE!! I ordered food from here for the first time and was super excited to try. I started mixing my baked potato and found a scissor bug (earwig) hidden under the cheese. This is disgusting and dangerous to people’s health!!! Food: 1

Asked for extra beans since there was 4 of us they only brought 2. Asked for ketchup for the fries and it was never brought. The harina tortilla was hard, I had to get up to get my own napkins and menu since it was never brought to us. Bad bad service, food was ok for the exception of the flour tortillas. The service was awful and I’ll probably never go back because of the service. First and probably last time. Parking lot was also an awful situation. Amazing customer service. Fast food delivery. Calming environment. Amazing food, and extremely stuffed tacos. Beans are perfectly balanced in spice and so is the salsa. Papas are loaded with cheese! Was really craving some tacos and was going to be my first time trying this out. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and dry! If im asking you what specials you have it’s because I DONT KNOW what specials you have! How am I supposed to know que es el especial #5?? She tried offering me a charola and i was like no namas una orden de bistec. Y si no pregunto si tiene aguacate y queso no me le pone aunque me haya preguntado que si “con todo”! Just the attitude of the lady over the phone was enough to not want to pick up the order or go back. She needs basic customer service skills! First time there. Visiting from FL. Food was delicious. Service was fast and waitress was helpful. Family environment. They have this baked potato that melts in your mouth. A must try.
