First time my husband and I visited this location for a quick bite to eat. Atmosphere & Customer Service was great. Food was a good 4/5 stars. Husband dish had excessive peppers 🌶 (if you enjoy peppers, then you would enjoy the dish he purchased). His lobster 🦞 that came with his dish was basically cut in half, wasn't a full lobster. For the price, we should have received more lobster, scallops & shrimps and fewer peppers. My dish was okay. Nothing was spectacular to discuss 🤷🏾‍♀️ Only that the fries rice should be more tasteful for cost an extra $2 My husband ordered the Seafood Basil I ordered The Happy Family (minus the Roast Pork) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered takeout for my first visit here. Teriyaki chicken w/ fried rice, miso soup, and side salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Order was ready quickly. The counter staff was very cordial. The tuna tartar tasted super fresh and the sushi was delicious! My new go-to to-go sushi place! However, they have a variety of delightful Asian fare. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Tao One is easily my favourite place to get sushi. The staff are so kind and friendly. I constantly go back for the vegetarian sushi options!! Recently, I branched out and had rice instead of sushi, it was equally as phenomenal! Truly this place is as wonderful as it gets with delicious food and genuinely pleasant staff! A local gem. Dan and his team serve some of the freshest fish around. I love all of the standards as well as the specials. Great food, a friendly atmosphere, and reasonable prices keep me and my family coming back on a regular basis. Try them out, you will not be disappointed. They have the tastes! We had a variety of food and it was all delicious based on quality of ingredients and preparation. About 8 tables. Well lit and quiet. Excellent service. Friendly. Had a phenomenal first experience at Tao One. The food is fresh, full of flavor and reasonably priced. Dan was very attentive and friendly. We've found our favorite sushi spot, such a gem! Would highly recommend -Christian and Nicole

The food is sweet/sugary, oily, and not spicy ( I order the spice one) Over cooked veggies and rice. Thai basil didn’t have any basil at all. When I asked what kind of oil they use, the clerk went back to ask the chef and came with “ The chef is not there”. 1) If the chef is not there who did cook the food? Obviously, it is not freshly cooked at all, not possible to be ready without a chef and in 10 min, right? 2) They probably use the bad fat/oil on the market if they don’t want me to know the kind of the oil. All small restaurants that used to be family own with a real freshly cooked food now are fast food places….Two veg dishes+ a portion of large fried rice cost us $65! For a fast food!? Very sad!
