If you want a pristine Japanese-food place that serves inexpensive but delilcious meals, the Tamagoya! Noodle House must be one of your go-to place. One of our orders is the Curry Ramen. I requested for additional two Charsiu meat as toppings, and they obliged. I'm happy for that. This is the nearest among the "decent" Ramen house in my area. Food: The miso ramen is thick and tastes okay for me but nothing special about it. The soy sauce-based, shoyu ramen tastes like an ordinary mami noodle with upgraded toppings. My favorite is the stamina ramen with chilli miso soup. The hotness is just right for my taste. Servings: Served in gigantic bowl which is good for 2. Service: It took 45 minutes to serve our order. Atmosphere: The place is not spacious enough and compacted but they tried to make it look cozy. I like its interior. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Stamina Ramen

You'll feel like youre transported to Japan the moment you enter this resto. The Stamina Ramen, pork gyoza, chicken karaage, and beef rice toppings are delicious. Best of all, the food prices are very affordable. 8 gyoza for only 130! Sulit na sulit. MAY 2022 - first visit, it was quiet afternoon… restaurant is not busy and we are glad service is not slow 😀 I like the idea that you have to order first upfront before going to your table. Much efficient so that food is served by the time you get inside. They don’t have credit card payment… only CASH or GCASH. We ordered 2 kinds of RAMEN, GYOZA and Hokkaido style CHICKEN. All is good 👍

Update review: The first time I ate here, we didn't have ramen which is their specialty. We ordered katsudon and karage and they weren't that good. The place was small but not that bad for small groups. In our next visit, we had three different types of ramen. They were ok that's why I upgraded my rating to three stars. The noodles were firm, the serving was quite big, and they were cheap at P248 to P268 each. But the flavor of the broth was not there for me and there were very few pieces of meat in my order.
authentic Japanese food. Serving size and price are reasonable. We ordered miso ramen i really love the broth. Beef yakiniku and the pork katsudon are flavorful. outer interior is on point but the ambience inside can be improved, the vibe is a bit gloomy.
Good price and quality. Authentic charm of a hole in the wall Japanese diner. Got the Tamagoya Ramen (not in the menu 😊), karaage and gyoza for around Php 500. Will come back to try the other dishes!

Went here first time back in 2017 after a mountain hike, back when our taste buds weren't that developed yet. This time around, our taste buds are more matured---ready to try any ramen outside tonkatsu and Shio. So we dined here yesterday to try their Miso Ramen and boy we do love that soup base. Not so thick means less "umay" factor, noodles I suppose are made of egg, and generous amount of bean sprouts. The serving is big, we even shared a bowl since we are not starving when we made our visit. The chasu however is easily broken down like flakes, half slice Tamago is not cooked to perfection (too boiled). Also chili powder is not readily available on tables, you need to requested them from the kitchen. The Gohan is very very good, almost brought us back to Japan where we tasted the best (of course a legit one) chahan/Gohan.

I have eaten here way back before the rise of the popular ramens in Manila (such as Ramen Nagi, Ippudo, etc) and even before I was able to taste the ramen of Japan. The ramen wasn't just it - the price is comparable with Ramen Kuroda and yet, Ramen Kuroda tastes so good - from broth to noodles. Their ramen isn't just on what I expect on the /Japanese/ side. It was not bad, it wasn't just "it" Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
