Love coming to this place for some authentic street tacos when I’m in the area. It’s got some really good asada tacos. The food is priced fairly in comparison to other places around that up charge a lot for similar food. The service is great! We got there on a Friday right before the lunch hour rush and glad we did because as soon as that time came it got really busy. I definitely recommend this place for tacos! Their salsas are really good as well, however if you’re not into spicy food I’d maybe start a little slow. Perhaps my favorite street taco place in the Denver Metro area and it seems most folks outside Aurora (and many inside it) don't know it. The al pastor tacos are my family's favorite, but you can't go wrong with any of them. The price is phenomenal as well. Less than 20 minutes from Denver Airport, we were craving tacos. Ordered carne asada and al pastor tacos. Both were incredibly flavorful, good serving of meat, onions and cilantro. We added their amazing sauces and pico and destroyed it all. Also ordered a beef torta which was also great but I wished it was just a little bit warmer. This wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s more of a fast-ish food restaurant where you order at the counter and then the disgruntled employee slams your foil wrapped burritos on plastic plates down at your table and walks away..leaving you to wander aimlessly looking for utensils 🍴 kind of place. This place has the best tacos in Aurora. You walk in and it smells like home. Their food feels and tastes like home. When I think of tacos... I must have Taco Selene. Their Barbacoa is the best I've had and Their asada isn't dry at all! Was hoping for a lot more flavor... Their salsas were runny and had no heat at all. Their asada burritos were very oily and really needed more cilantro and onion. Their rice and beans were okay. Friendly staff. The interior is passable, yet could definitelybe updated. I'm a huge Mexi food fan, and I don't think I would come back here.
