My husband and I were so excited to try this food truck. Our 1st ever visit!! We purchased the Burrito Bowl which said the first 3 main ingredients were Rice, Beans and your choice of meat. Sounds delicious!! We got chicken. We got home and opened it…..not even 1 single tiny bean was to be had and not one teeny grain of rice was seen. So we had chicken on a bed of lettuce with a few condiments. Yeah, sadly we were NOT impressed and won’t be going back.

This will probably be my to-go spot for some street tacos if I'm ever in the area. Service was quick and staff was friendly. My big food mistake is not going here sooner.
Had both the Asada (steak) and Adobada (pork) and I have no regrets. Simple tacos with seasoned meat (lots of meat) and some simple toppings and lime wedges.
You're usually given some mild green salsa and red hot sauce, that literally taste the same no matter where you go, not that I'm complaining. But at this place, the usual green/red sauce, with an optional spicier green sauce, made me stop and think they were homemade. That's how unique and fresh tasting they were, and made the whole meal that much better.
And to be quite honest, the tacos had no right to be so inexpensive ($2.50) for the for the quality and amount of meat they give you. Especially in the current economy (as of 2022) where everybody's prices have gone up, understandably so. Disregarding price, I would still come here even if they do go up. Will be returning to try the rest of the menu.
Edit #1: Went back for some steak tacos and a fish taco. If you're ever in the mood for fish tacos, please don't hesitate to get one here. It has great flavor and stuffed plenty of fish and toppings, definitely filling. Steak tacos were just as good as the last time. Salsa was still on point.

It’s often said that best Mexican food comes off a food truck. In this case, it’s definitely true. I ordered chicken tacos. These are “street tacos”, so slightly smaller than standard but they were packed with meat - and they were absolutely delicious. Three salsas available - green (mild), red (medium) and then what they calls “extra hot”, which isn’t so hot it’s painful, but adds some nice heat. Menu has a nice selection and prices are reasonable. Ample parking in the lot behind the truck - just drive through the driveway and walk up to the truck.
Could this be Spokane’s best kept secret? I think so.

Finally got a chance to try this place out and I like the food there the only negative thing is that there was way too much rice in the burrito it overpowered everything else so just a little less rice and it would have been really good. Really good hot salsa also
