This is the absolute worst managed restaurant within 20mi. A full blown clown show. Avoid it as best you can, you'll simply be throwing your money away and wasting your time. And if you're thinking you can order to go food in an effort not to deal with the clowns, think again. It's as if they dumped wing sauce all over the to go boxes. It's nothing short of a pathetically run restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the quality they stand behind. These are 2 separate orders. First order was raw and I reordered and called asking to make sure they were cooked crispy. Second order arrived and it was raw again. I called and the manager said he couldn't do anything about it and he checks all orders going out. He could have apologized to say the least. Went there on the 9th of October. The service was very slow. The waiter didn’t check on us untill I got his attention. The food was genuinely discusting, the chips tasted like their fry oil was burnt, the guacamole was brown. The chicken tenders were juicy and crunchy, but the sauce tasted expired. The burger we ordered was not good either. We had to pay $43 for our order and we only ate one bite of each. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND! I dated a guy who loved Taco Mac so much I started to hate it but my love has returned:))) I'm not crazy about their wings but the sauces are like no other. Beer us great here but cocktails are a bit too sweet for my taste.... even the espresso martinis 😳. Staff has always been extremely helpful and curious. Management is doing a great job. Wet oven cook VooDoo wings by far the best! Atmosphere always clean but noisy. Sometimes it gets very loud because its packed with family and sports teams. Only to be expected in a family sports restaurant. Bathroom needed much attention. My feet were stuck to the the bathroom floor with every step, all over it, as if I was walking on glue. Whoever mopped it had to notice how sticky it was. Paper towels to dry hands were out. We went to this Taco Mac often for years and it was a much better experience. Food took very long and the restaurant was not full. The host and the servers were polite and hospitable. The wait was long even though there were only 2 other tables being served. The portion size was less than expected, but the flavors were delightful. I will gladly return to this location in the future. My job ordered here for lunch. The young lady who took my phone order was very nice! Great customer service. Unfortunately the food... not so much. The cheese stick were really ( crispy) Quesadillas were wet and soggy And for some reason our Chicken Tender PLATTER only had 3 tenders in it. It was disappointing. I still love Taco Mac. You get what you expect. Decent wings, somewhat expensive prices for food and beer. Oddly, managers require that servers pick up menus when food arrives.
