Solid fast food experience and our first time trying Wyoming-based Taco Johns. We ordered 2 hard-shelled tacos each (mine had added tomatoes and sour cream with an upcharge of $.35/ea for the sour cream). Lots of lettuce and added tomatoes made the tacos taste fresher than I have had at Taco Bell in the past. Of course, we order a medium order of Potato Ole, which are similar to tots although shaped like a coin. We did not add cheese. They were very good, although I suspect they contain a lot of sodium. Went to get an issue taken care of from last week, meal was $10 for not so fresh food. Just really unsatisfied with how the manager on duty today was not sympathetic by all means. Called last week to make a complaint on their restaurant serving old chicken tenders and was told that I could come in for a free meal. Sure enough, got served old chicken tenders again. Will not be returning back anytime soon. I'm just disappointed with how unfriendly the service was today and how there was zero accomodations. Rude staff and very unwelcoming, hostile environment. As a native Texan, I’m always curious other people’s take on Tex-Mex, particularly fast food. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors at Taco John’s. Not authentic, but all-in-all, pretty enjoyable. Line was pretty long and service was slow, which probably would have bothered me more if I wasn’t with company.

This was actually a Taco Johns/Good Times combo restaurant in Sheridan that was surprisingly nice inside. Clean, open, and convenient... I'd recommend this place to anybody looking for a quick bite. PS... I didn't actually eat any Taco Johns food here but the Good Times Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger and frozen custard was really good! When I got to the window to pay for my food, the guy at the window had a bad attitude and literally sighed in frustration while i ordered my food. He didn’t say anything while he handed us our food. I checked the tacos we ordered to make sure there was no pico de gaillo like i had asked, and sure enough it had pico on them. They did remake them for us fortunately. But when i got home and ate my burrito, i couldn’t even finish it because of the old ole’s they put into it. Food: 3 Service: 1

Nice looking place, but service is ridiculously slow for fast food. Waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. The restaurant doesn't have many customers, and seems to be fully staffed, so it's strange that it took so long to be served. Food tastes good, but isn't anything. Pictured meal cost $8.

I've had room temp to cold burgers from this joint on at least 3 occasions. Don't ask me why I came back--I guess it was close. Today I ordered their chicken "street tacos" ALL THREE looked like the attached pic. I'll estimate there was substantially less than a teaspoon of "chicken" on each one. $8.50 for lettuce tacos and a small drink (no fries). Don't waste your time, money, or risk salmonella going to this place. It really needs new management or to just shut down. Notice the other reviews-the owner or manager just tells you to call the national franchise 800 #. That says volumes....
