Very disappointed in the staff attitudes. I asked about a side sauce that shows it comes with the meal (I had to pay for it) and let's me honestly if I'm paying $20 for 2 meals I better get more than pictured. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

We usually enjoy our visit when Krystal is working, but when shes gone, the employees are rude. Especially this one heavy set employee who was absolutely rude. If you dont like to work around people find a different job or learn proper customer service. Ive never met anyone so rude especially to my daughter. I had a mobile order and the order was completely wrong so I went inside and I asked if I could get my correct order and I asked for a cup for water. I tried giving them the order that I got wrong and they said I could keep it. Whoever the tallest kid was there that was working insulted me by asking "Im sure you can eat all that food can't you?" I was shocked he said it and just was silent after that and got my correct order and ran out. Yes, I am a plus size lady but it wasn't needed and I completely lost my appetite and threw my portion of the order away. I wasnt even rude I was quiet and just wanted the right order...I did call to report it but I have no idea if anything was done but that was completely uncalled for and I was so embarrassed. I will never go back there.

One of the worst places to be, you pay money to get disrespected and name calling! The one old guy with ponytail is so disrespectful and treated me with very bad attitude! If there was a zero star, I believe that will be best suitable rating My last time eating with taco John’s, will never ever visit this place. Awful customer service

The older lady with dark hair working in back around 1245 today is incredibly rude, and messed up our order. Horrible customer service. Also watched her wipe her nose on her hand and go back to touching food. Gross.

This place is very refuse to serve people. I was almost there to order at noon and someone in front of me is different country include me from cashier. They closed as time we got there and then reopen again in 12 minutes later Make no sense Except being refuse to take order from some people. Then I saw more Other people line up after they reopen at 12:25pm. They closed immediately on people. Im never will going to order from them. Someone behind me ask why you are closed. Of cashier said nothing.

The food use to be really good and I’ve never had issues. Now today when I went, the food made me feel sick to my stomach. Not eating here again. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20

It was pretty great a year ago, now it's just like every other food chain. I loved this place, and now I'll pass it by. Bring back the delicious homemade taste that used to be in everything I ordered. Sincerely a once loyal customer.

I stopped here with my husband for a quick lunch. We where kind of in a rush but we where the only ones there. We grabbed our food and left and when we pulled it out, our burritos where ice cold. You could feel the cold through the wrapper. On top of that, I had to ask for my soda when they said have a good day.

I have gotten not so great service here in the past, but today was a new experience! I saw about 5 people waiting for food, and almost chose a different place in the food court. I am glad I didn't though. The people were served quickly, and respectfully. The staff was all hustling to keep the food moving out, and the supplies stocked. Respectful friendly service today!!! Thank you!
