The drive through is the slowest drive through of any restaurant in town. Expect a 15-20 minute wait if you are third in line. I was given three of the wrong burritos. The guy read it back and the order was correct. I get my receipt and the order is wrong on the receipt. I didn’t read the receipt till I had left. I get my food and the burritos had no beef like requested. This is the only Bueno that I have problems with. It’s so weird how the other ones function so well and this one struggles. Food was excellent, was very friendly. We told them we were out of town did not know the menu. They informed us of all the foods and what was popular. Very helpful. Little bit of trash on the floor and tables. Some meat still had pink, and recieved unwanted sour cream on the beef nacho salad that isn't supposed to have any. Ordering the Big Freakin version of a quesadilla is a waste of money at this location because they make it the exact same as regular quesadillas. Personally, I like Bueno. But the level of carelessness at this visit was amazing. I had a to go order. They prepared it as an eat-in order. So they just dumped it into a to-go box. What the heck!! State of the dining room was unacceptable. There were no clean tables, and when I asked for a damp cloth to wipe down my own table, the employee didn't even offer to do it for me. There were no other customers waiting. I wiped my table down, and there were still no new customers, yet nobody came out to clean any tables. The salsa bar was also a mess. Dude at the front counter was messing around on his phone the whole time... Not impressed.

I arrived at approximately 9:45 PM hoping to pick up food, use the restroom, then eat in my car. According to the sign on the door, it says the dine in closes at 10 PM. Instead the door is locked and people wave for me to go away or use the drive-through. I used hand gestures to tell them that it said 10 PM on the door and was ignored. Frustrated, I ordered a drink through the drive-through with the intention to submit a complaint. The drink receipt is unreadable as attached. Not coming back. The beef tasted like dog food, the tables werent cleaned the drink area was dirty didn’t have a medium lids for my drink, most to all the straws were soaked from being in what seem to be left over from the drink fountain, there was a person that sneezed and didn’t cover their mouth that was working with food that probably was the most disgusting thing I have seen, and the shells and the pita bread was to greasy Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

You don’t get stars for saying your lobby is open until 10pm and when I arrive your drive thru is packed to the end of the parking lot. The.
