Price on drive thru menu and price you get charged at window is different $1.70 more. Drive thru guy implies I can't add. He gives me my receipt and says see and totally dismisses what I was telling him, even tells me some one else said same thing. But lets not look in to it. Never again!!! Very, very little ingredients in tacos, burritos, etc. Always the same. It's like the employees are caching ingredients so they take home. Why else would a legitimate brand put hardly any ingredients in their menu items? Last beef burrito I got had about a tablespoon of beef in it and that's it. Employees are always inattentive, distracted by each other, and provide minimal service. I've stopped going. I'd post a photo but can't see how to in the new beta rating system. Usually pretty good food. Service depends who is waiting on u. I've had a super nice guy wait on me very well in drive thru and I've also had another be rude and dismissive and refuse to give more salsa! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The only thing I bought was the chicken mucho nachos. No tomatoes and no sour cream. No one answer the phone at the location. Super disappointing. Won't be back. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

They often get your order wrong. Today there's a deal for a free beef taco. Today, I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla Platter and the free taco but they charged me for both the quesadilla platter and for a "Combo 2." Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Not the best experience. Asked what choices of meat were available for the mucho nachos ( menu states with your choice of meat ) and were told ground beef. So we ordered the mucho nachos and a cheeseburger quesadilla. If someone likes chips with little to no cheese sauce, a sprinkle of meat and a squirt of sour cream, they might like the nachos. I was not impressed. The cheeseburger quesadilla was gross looking and the beef patty was about a 1/4 the size of the tortillas. Every others fast food place nearby had lines in the drive thru...we were the only ones at Taco No Bueno. I don't expect a gourmet meal from a taco place, but got to at least try a little bit harder.

They have always been pleasent everytime we come! Benbrook Blvd is hit or miss anywhere else but Taco Bueno is always **cheifs kiss**. Zach is always really kind when we come! Military Discounts are even better. 10/10 recommend. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Needs new staff, all of the employees I've encountered seem like they hate their job. Tonight the drive thru guy was so busy on his phone he barely could take an order, he took over 5 minutes to open the window to get money from us, and he didn't even see me take a picture of him on his phone.. lol.. When we were there, the A/C was off or out. It was 90° outside and much hotter in the restaurant. I feel for the workers, having to work in such conditions... None of the employees were complaining or had sour attitudes, they were polite and professional. Preparing our food, taking orders and keeping the restaurant very clean.
