Worst taco bell ever!! They messed up my brother’s order twice! But what is unbelieveble for me is that no one even bothered to apologize to him. They also messed up our friend’s order but he didn’t say anything because he got more food than ordered. People from service couldn’t get their eyes from the phone..seriously terrible experience.. I love Taco Bell, but unfortunately this location did not get us our order accurately - there was cheese sauce on four of our items when we specifically asked to have it removed. I am leaving two stars because they did refund us - but it meant we had nothing to eat because we had already left. Edit - refund never appeared in my account, modified to one star. The service was also slow compared to other Taco Bell locations.

I made an online order that was sent to the wrong location by the app and immediately tried cancelling the order. The app didnt let me. I tried contacting taco bell to cancel the order and they never picked up and never responded. A month later I got a response where they told me to call them I called and the customer service rep Donna was very impolite and hung up on me. I had a terrible experience with taco bell. So far this taco bell is just meh. The killer is five things. No app support at this time, which is a bummer. Increased prices on food compared to other taco bells. No drive thru.
