We were greeted by a Stoney faced cashier that pointed to the kiosk. Placed our order. Dined In. Asked for mild taco sauce. Was told that they didn’t have any. Really? Didn’t enjoy my crunchy tacos because I had to use hot sauce. My husband ordered burritos with sour cream. It was only at the bottom of each. There were plastic forks, no other utensils. Restaurant was quiet, not very busy. It was dirty. We won’t be back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff gave me the impression they just don't care. I ordered 2 number 8's one meal regular the other meal with sour cream on a past visit and the staff didn't think to label which was which. The next visit I order the same thing (in addition to some potatoes plain added on) and asked for separate bags when I ordered to avoid this problem again. The server said ok. I got to the window and they were all together in one bag unlabeled. I repeated again that I requested they be separated. The server took them back sounding irritated. She then handed me back two bags with one of the tacos laying in one bag completely unwrapped. I don't understand why they have to even be told to label different items that are wrapped the same. Common sense is not common anymore. In addition I get home to discover that instead of my plain potatoes I ordered they gave me no potatoes and just a cheese sauce. The restaurant was too far to go back so I am just out of the money I spent for the potatoes. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Slow, old, and careless. Nobody wants to help at this location. Employees checking text messages in the middle of making your food. They actually leave the restrooms locked throughout the day. Told me the “guy who has the key” isn’t here, so bump me if I need to wash my hands at a restaurant. That has to be a violation of some sort. Who knows what other violations they have. Went here and ordered (4) $5 boxes, a 12 pack of cinnabons and a few other items which came out to just over $40. Got home to realize none of my stuff was right. The store wasn't busy at all so messing up my order was just them being careless. One of the boxes was a modified order because of allergies and even that was screwed up. Never received the cinnabons. This place is a disgrace and I'm guaranteed to never come back to this particular location. It's a shame when you spend hard earned money and can't eat what you pay to eat. This is by far the worst taco bell experience I've ever dealt with. Not to mention that it took over 30 mins and they had employees sitting in the lobby socializing instead of working. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE 7/19/22 I visited here 7 months ago and in hopes of being able to once again enjoy this particular Taco Bell. I was wrong. The lobby is still closed. I believe that having the lobby closed excuses the workers to slack. There is no way easy to take the food back; otherwise, I would have. This is some of what I ordered: Crunch-wrap meal and three supreme tacos. Look at the pictures of how the tacos looked … no tomatoes, limited meat and how about that sour cream... Maybe they could have given me more meat if they gave me less sauce! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE YOU DON'T EITHER 7 MONTHS AGO******** The young girl there didn't want to help me with the kiosk yet proceeded to tell me that I didn't know how to do it. I received an e-mail from Taco Bell saying I can get a free Breakfast Taco the next 3 Tuesdays in October and I went to this location and they don't even serve breakfast! Then I remembered they were next to the real "ghetto" and then I understood why...sad state of affairs for Rewards members who can't even collect on them at this Rivers Ave. location, and there is none anywhere else near me to go to! Avoid going to this Taco Bell!!! My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru at 11 PM on a Saturday night and realized it had already been closed for quite a while. There was another car behind us that also thought it was open and didn't get any Taco Bell either. The Taco Bell owner should change their hours on here (their Google Business Profile) so people don't get confused thinking they are still open. We won't be back. I don't know why this place is even still open!!! I ordered my food through their website, and when I got there, they told me they were out of half of my order! Then the lady told me to get my refund through the app, but I told her that I did it through their website! Never again will i go there. Employees don’t know how to read and put the right items together. They’re all rude and need to read their screens and stop gossiping about what weed they are smoking at work. Disgusting service and will be reporting to corporate Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
