I had a craving for a Mexican Pizza from Taco Bell, but didn’t want to go to Sylva or Franklin as they didn’t have very good recent reviews. Then I remembered seeing a Taco Bell that looked really clean in Waynesville so I decided, based on its recent reviews, to give it a shot. First things first, the restaurant has a 100 sanitation rating! Score! The person working the drive through was friendly and efficient and the order was 100% correct. Also a plus. The food was great by fast food standards. It was fresh and well prepared. Everything you would want for those times when you crave something specific from a fast food restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Standard taco bell. There are more expensive options at $10-15 per meal. But there is still a value menu at $5-6 per meal is your savvy. My God was all properly prepared and came out quickly. I used the self check out as it gives me more time to look over the details on the menu. The lobby was fairly clean. Though no one was checking between people by any means. Odd note. They ran out of pennies and were keeping the change at the customers expense. Example: if the total was 9.96, taco bell kept the 4 cents. Not giving the penny back to the customer. Backwards from what I'd think was good customer service BUT, they could have used a card instead, and it's only a couple pennies. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food was halfway slapped together most of the ingredients to our wraps were outside of the burritos, it was so bad my husband had to go back in. For 36$ this was a terrible Taco Bell experience and I will never go to this location again. The baha blast tasted terrible. Their soda machine needs cleaned! I've eaten at a lot of taco bells especially since we frequent concerts and it's all that is open late. Multiple states and I've never had such a disaster of a food order. Nearly 40$ and it wasn't even edible. Disappointed is an understatement! Terrible Taco Bell. They charged me more than standard prices and only did cash. Probably to pocket the extra charge. Seemed super sketchy. Plus they didn’t even get my order right and forget 1 quesadilla and 2 tacos. Definitely will video if I ever visit again to stop the corruption.

The tortilla chips tasted like they were old. The chalupa and the 5 layer burrito were horrible tasting also. We couldn’t eat it. Called the manager to complain and she talked to me, then hung up on me. This is the 2nd time this has happened. We won’t be going back! Update. It's gotten worse again. I ordered online. Went inside waiting for my offer to come up. There were orders waiting to be picked up in the "Doordash" shelves. While I was waiting other orders were added to those shelves. Still waiting... The employee added another order. I finally looked, sure enough my order has been sitting there. My number or order was not called out. I guess calling out an order has become too much work. Second, and the most concerning. I threw away my half eaten burrito. Everything there is starting to taste the same; no flavor, just blah! It was just a bunch of bland flavored mush rolled up into a thing that resembled a burrito. Customer service: a One. Food; zero. Atmosphere: Taco Bell Update: June 23rd '23 It's gotten worse. I'm telling you Taco Bells food is going down the hill and their prices are going up. It's almost like they want to go out of business.
