Roadside, mall location. Majority drive thru traffic. Quiet, clean, well stocked. Clean restroom. Attentive, efficient, personable staff. Orders neatly prepared. The mere fact that Taco Bell has gone to Kiosk ordering only has ruined the experience. I waited 10 minutes at the counter and then told I needed to place my order at the Kiosk. When asked, the team member stated Taco Bell no longer manages the counter service. In a time when people are struggling to survive this is how big business fixes the problem. Taco Bell replaces 3 team members with a computer and they are ok with it! Sadly, I will no longer patronize this establishment. I ordered Nachos Bell Grande and the nacho chips must have been the last of the bag, that's what they looked like! Small bits and pieces...and I didn't get the extras that I asked for, however I was charged...it was just the worst on that particular day!!! Service was awesome, I wanted a vegetable power bowl (friend recommended). I was treated with a lot of patience. Even though the line was a bit long, service was quick.

I've never been to a fast food restaurant where employees want you to order from a kiosk when no one is on line. And then you can't complete your order from the kiosk.

Place was basically empty when I came in with a friend on a Tuesday night. Drive thru was active. We ordered separately using the kiosk. He finished his order slightly before I did.and received his order in less than 10min. Meanwhile they hadn't even started mine yet. Then they actually burned part of it on the grill and had to start over. All in all it took close to 25min to get my order. Then no apology for it taking so long. No smiles no friendly faces to be found here. Not even a warm greeting when you walk in. Just the feeling that they didn't really want to be there.
