I usually go to this place two or three times a week... But lately they been slipping for real. On top of missing multiple food items on consecutive trips... One night, I go inside, get my order... I get home and go to eat it when... Well... Look at the photo. Are you freaking kidding me? And when I put in a complaint online, I never hear back. So what's the point? This Taco Bell always gets your order right! The food is always cooked well and is warm when you receive it. I just tried their strawberry frozen drink during happy hour the other day and it was so yummy! You get them for cheaper during that time every day. Love this place. Keep up the good work! Just about everything in my order was bad. The chalupa shells had zero crisp. It tasted like pita bread. The "hard shell taco" was broken AND soggy. It actually resembled a taco salad. The Cinnabon Delights only had flakes of cinnamon sugar on the outside. All the food was room temperature. I'm not even going to finish my drink because I'm afraid to see what is at the bottom. Did this Taco Bell change the Hard Shells? We ate there yesterday. The hard shell tacos tasted terrible and left a really bad taste in our mouths for hours! They were thicker than the original shells. I'm sorry but I won't be returning for a hard shell taco unless they switch back to the original hard shell! Horrible. Ordered using mobile app. Got to the drive up 15 minutes later. Car in front of me was at the pick up window for 10 minutes. When I got to the pick up window, the cashier asked for my payment. I said it was a mobile order and gave her my name (I had already given the mobile order name to the person at the intercom ordering board). I waited another 5-10 minutes and it STILL wasn't ready. I tried to get the cashiers attention... I had to whistle. No apology for the wait from her, she just said they only have 3 people working and that they're still working on my order. I asked for a refund but was told they can't, I have to go through the app. Such BS. Went to the other location in Hickory as I now didn't trust them to make my food. This is my first time eating at taco bell in at least a year, maybe more. And it's 1:30am... needless to say, my expectations were pretty low when I pulled up to the drive through. The gentleman taking my order was polite and helpful. He was quick and efficient as well. Three cars ahead of me were all served in less than five minutes total. I received my order promptly and everything was correctly made and very hot! I was pleasantly suprised and would definitely recommend this location to others. Ordered quite a bit of food, everybody was nice and got her food out quickly. I haven't ate at this location in months but I was in a rush and it's right by my house. For starters there was only meat on one of the tacos. The crunch wrap had only like a small amount of meat on it. Second eveything tasted horrible so bad that I didn't even wanna go have my food re- made. It made me not want to eat anything else that's how bad it tasted trying to eat what little bit had the meat on it. I worked fast food and I know how caotic it can get at times but there was only two cars in front of me and nobody inside the restaurant. Taco Bell you have went down hill and you need to do better.
